ENROLLMENT & CONSENT

Participation requires explicit opt-in consent. By texting the keyword BADGE to the Calop Aeroground Services SMS number, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages related to your badge renewal appointment. You must be the authorized account holder of the mobile number provided at the time of enrollment.

To enroll: Text BADGE to [Calop SMS Number] Eligible participants: Active Calop Aeroground Services employees with a scheduled badge renewal appointment

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Enrolled participants will receive up to 3 messages per badge renewal appointment cycle:

• 30 days before your appointment — Initial appointment notice (Reply YES to confirm)

• 7 days before your appointment — Reminder with appointment details (Reply YES to confirm)

• 1 day before your appointment — Final reminder (Reply YES to confirm)

Additional messages may be sent in response to your replies or if your appointment details are modified by the badging office.

MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received through this program. Calop Aeroground Services does not charge any fee for participation. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You may withdraw from this program at any time.

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information sent directly to your phone.

To re-enroll after opting out, text BADGE to [Calop SMS Number] at any time. Opting out of SMS notifications does not exempt you from badge renewal obligations or appointment requirements.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

This program supports all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers. Calop Aeroground Services is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier outages or network filtering outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Calop Aeroground Services provides this SMS notification service as a convenience for its employees. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Calop Aeroground Services shall not be liable for any missed appointments, badge lapses, or related consequences arising from delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages. Employees remain responsible for monitoring their own badge expiration dates and fulfilling renewal requirements independently of this program.

PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION

Calop Aeroground Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes via SMS or other internal communication channels where feasible. Continued participation following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

This program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC registration requirements with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
