Calop Aeroground Services was founded in 1992 by Young Chong, who saw a need for a service provider that would be flexible, adaptable, and personable in the aviation industry.

From its humble beginnings, starting with just two international airlines and focusing mostly on Transit WithOut Visa (TWOV) operations, Calop has now grown to servicing over 65 international carriers in both the passenger terminal as well as air cargo operations in all aspects of aviation services such as baggage handling, passenger service, terminal services, etc.

At Calop Aeroground Services, our purpose is to be the Premier Service Provider for Airlines and Airports around the world. What does that mean? Being the Premier Service Provider means that we are consistently focusing on being passionate about our SERVICE to others and doing everything we can to make their experience the best possible. Our focus is to ensure that the passenger has the best experience possible from the moment they enter the airport and until they depart for their final destination. 

 

With over 25 years of experience and in working with over 65 airlines and terminals, delivering the best passenger experience comes with these three factors:

Safety – Ensuring that our community and our passengers are safe from harm 

Security – Ensuring diligence and vigilance so that any potential threat is detected and resolved

Service – Having a service mindset to put others needs above your own
